Orders

How do I place an order?

Two ways: (1) add to cart on this site and check out, or (2) WhatsApp us the product link and we will process the order for you.

Can I order without an account?

Yes. Guest checkout works fine. We only ask for your name, address, and phone for delivery.

Are products authentic?

Yes. We hand-pick suppliers and inspect inventory. We sell branded products and quality unbranded items, clearly labelled either way.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet. We are online-first. Your savings come partly from us not paying shop rent.

What language do you support?

English, Urdu, and Roman Urdu (Urdu typed in English letters). Message us in whichever you are comfortable with.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

2–4 business days for major cities. 4–7 business days for smaller towns. See Shipping Policy for full zones and times.

Is shipping free?

Free on orders Rs. 2,500 and above. Below that, shipping is Rs. 199.

Which couriers do you use?

TCS, Leopards, M&P, BlueEx. We pick the fastest available based on your delivery address.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We send your tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp once your order ships.

Payments

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

Yes. COD is available everywhere in Pakistan we ship to. Pay the courier when you receive your order.

Do you accept card payments?

Card support depends on your checkout. Cash on Delivery remains the most reliable option for most Pakistani customers.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Online payments use Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Returns

What is your return window?

7 days from delivery. WhatsApp us within that time with photo or video proof.

What if the product does not work?

WhatsApp us within 7 days with a photo or short video. We replace or refund. See Returns & Refunds for details.

How long do refunds take?

Within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. COD refunds via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Card refunds back to original card.

Who pays return shipping?

We do, when the return is our fault (damaged, wrong item, defective). For other reasons we may split the cost.
