Return Window

You have 7 days from delivery to start a return. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@zaroori-kart.pk within that window.

What's Eligible

Eligible for return / replacement:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Defective / not working out of the box
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Significantly different from product page description

Not eligible:

  • Items used beyond inspection (broken seals on personal-care or beauty devices for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Damage caused by misuse after delivery

Return Process

  1. WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Send 1–2 photos or a short video showing the issue.
  3. We arrange courier pickup, or you drop it at the nearest courier office (your choice).
  4. Pack the item in original packaging if possible.

Refund Time

Within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund methods:

  • Original COD payment → JazzCash or EasyPaisa transfer to your number.
  • Card payment → refund processed back to original card.
  • Replacement shipped at no extra cost when applicable.
