Zones
Pakistan-wide. Major cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot. Smaller towns served via TCS, Leopards, M&P, BlueEx.
Times
Major cities: 2–4 business days. Smaller towns: 4–7 business days. Orders placed before 3 PM PKT ship the same day; after 3 PM, next business day.

COD rules
- Cash on Delivery available everywhere we ship.
- Pay the courier in cash when you receive your order. Have exact amount ready when possible.
- Open the package and check items before signing.
- Refusing delivery without inspection may forfeit replacement eligibility.
Tracking
Tracking number sent via SMS and WhatsApp once your order ships. Track on the courier's website using that number, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll check status for you.
Delays note: Eid, public holidays, and weather/political events may add 1–2 days. We'll WhatsApp you if your order is delayed.
